Here is an update. Working on the slate Armour. Going to paint it up prior to mounting it on. I've test fitted numerous times. I an also added a floor to the rear turret slate armour. A lot of these cats use them as extra storage. I think it will look cool once it's done.

Cheers,
Tom

Good idea, the troops used Hesco wire tied under the slat for a floor.

cheers

We used pretty much anything that was lying around. On my tank we used some discarded plywood and ripped into planks that fit between the slats and over the mounts. This allowed us to carry over 96 hours of rations and water when we went out.

Well Christmas time is here. And I have some time off. Woot! Here's what I got done on this Kitty!

Ground work on the Leopard 2AM6 Diorama. Just airbrushed some more brown tone paint to the ground. Coming together slowly, but I feel very proud of my art work

On the 3rd-4th road wheel, I used Vallejo Still water effects. Just once it start to dry, I used a hobby knife to lift the medium. So now I can add a high glass coat to it, This is make it look like mud and water flying out from under the tracks. Still working on it though. But that is my intentions on that little piece.

Your thoughts?
Cheers,
Tom
