Stug III with Ostketten

Various versions of Stug III with ostketten combined. Any idea what versions where used? Upper hull is Stug III G, bottom hull A-E? Anyone have more pictures of this beast?

I just wish Dragon/Cyber Hobby would release the Ostketten track set. There's so many Pz lll's and lV's that can wear them.
