After looking over my kit for a few days now, I can truly say that this looks like a very nice kit. About the only thing I do not like is the over simplified main armament. This cannon is screaming for an after market replacement. Nice start on your project.

Except for those pesky knock-out marks, the tracks look well detailed, and, especially, textured. Unless those knock-out marks are covered by the other parts.

I got mine yesterday and I'm still drooling over it. My two main concerns are 1. the paint scheme....omg and 2. How to make the cast 'St Chamond' plaque you see on the back of these vehicles (and which Takom tell you to PAINT on ????) really????, It's a raised embossed plaque, how is paint supposed to represent that?
I guess I'm going to have to try plastic card and putty but it's not going to be easy.

Actually, I think a PE one would still be too thin unless it was laminated. IMHO it really requires a resin one to replicate the cast plate.

the undercarriage is not difficult to build, but I have preferred to do without placing parts A1 at the beginning but after the establishment of the undercarriage on the base.

thankjs...i'found my colors in a french BD "le pilote a l edelweiss" from Romain Hugault...it's a modele 2 but i think modele 1 have the same...

I plan on painting mine as TEDDY which has a grey ,brown and green camo with a thin black line between the cokors.. Painting the name is going to be the tough part... ...
