This is more than likely the wrong place to post this, but since it's the figures page I figured (pun not intended) that the guys on this part of the forum were the most likely to be able to help in some way. I placed an order a week and a half ago for a few Hornet head sets and it's still on an "in progress" status. I know it could simply mean that the company is off for the time being or something, but I placed a similar order this time last year without issue. Anyone know of any problems on the site?

I don't mean to complain, or give the site any bad reviews (I use it quite a bit), but I just thought I'd try to find out if there was any problem with it.

Thanks

Have you tried sending the owner, Gray Creager, an e-mail? He's one of the nicest and most dependable guys I've dealt with in this business. I was checking his site "Timelines Forum".. there are new posts by members, but his profile says that the his last activity was on October 21st.. maybe he's having some personal problems. Hope he's OK

Being in the resin master making and casting biz for over ten years I can say your delat can be caused by all kinds of stuff. Colorado has an excellent rep. I would wait a few more days and then contact them.
I wouldn't worry little brother,

It couldn't hurt to send them an email or if you don't get a response to that in a day or two, even give them a phone call.

I've never had any problems with them, and any time I needed to get information about an order, they have always been easy to communicate with.

Can't hurt to contact them and ask if there's a problem. Try an email and then give 'em a call.

Some months back, Gray commented that he was going to have to put Colorado Miniatures on a part time basis and go back to regular work. I'd say try an e-mail to get the status.

Maybe they're just out of the heads you ordered. Try here:
http://www.ultracast.ca/ They're in Canada, but may have what you need.

Yeah I sent an email on Monday and haven't heard back yet. The customer service there has always been great. When I had a payment issue it was beyond easy to sort out. I'm definitely going to give it a few more days though, if the site is on a part time basis now then that's probably why.

Thanks guys, I had checked the Timelines forum a few days ago but couldn't tind anything from Gray.
