Looks like the driver left it in gear and it just kept climbing. He was doing just fine and then things got out of hand.

Obviously, Russian track don`t drive as smooth as western systems. BTW whatkin of vehicle is this? Looks like a phased array radar, maybe S-300 system?

I don't know, he got it on there straight on the first go... Better than I could say for most construction equipment operators lol.

Oh wow, the driver is never going to live this one down. What's the likely culprit here? Stuck throttle? Confused throttle with brake pedal?
