good one Animal! My only major comment apart from how good it looks thanks to your good work is the rear tyres in some of the pics show a buildup of mud on the top half and none or very little on the lower half. Other then that as I said before...'good one'

I noticed that also Roo. It is the dirt dusting. I haven't put the model on a base yet and when I picked up the model to position it for the photos I rubbed some of it off I guess. This will be corrected when it is on it's base. Thanks for pointint this out to me.

Well Dave you know me and trucks.... Really happy to see the construction photo's. Was the aircleaner a scratch build or did you get it AM or from another kit.?

The air cleaners are scratch built at first then cast from resin. The one on this truck was supplied to me by Sherman 2, AKA Joe. He is our resident master resin caster...
I cast these parts also, but I wanted the best for this build so I used Joe's..

Kudos to you. !!! I still think it's better to use the AFV M35 kit as a starting point without the Italeri M925. After all the 939 series is all wrong for the M54. It looks great
tho. Good execution on the cab and cover. The bed was the easy part Huh? compared to
the front cab. The cab is almost a complete rebuild. to include the grill.

Wow this is a very nice converting . Good Job dude. But i think i ll build my M35 without converting it, anyway you ve done it already :-)
