Iwata vs. Sparmax Compressors

Is it true that Iwata compressors are made by Sparmax?

The Iwata Power Jet Pro looks very similar to the Sparmax TC620. The price difference is about $120, though. I love Iwata products, but I wonder if the PJP is worth additional $$$.

No, Sparmax does not make any Iwata products.
