Hi guys
Does anyone know of an out-of-the-pot colour that accurately matches the West German Army green before they went over to NATO 3-tone camo?

The nearest I can find is Hannants X251 Gelbolive. I've been asked by a friend who doesn't want to mix colours and prefers enamels, but acrylics will be OK.

Cheers
Mike

Revell of Germany has two Gelboliv tones, # 42 Gelboliv and #46 NATO oliv. Both tones are available in enamel and waterbased.

Yup RAL6014 "Gelbolive" was the colour of tanks pre 3-tone camo. Obviously weathering and fading will effect this finish to varying extents but the Xtracolor is a good starting point.
