Some photos of the Revell 1/72 Pz. IV Ausf. H I am about 95% finished with.

Did scratch build a tow cable and brackets for spare track storage.

A VERY nice kit! Please try one. They are every bit as detailed as the newest Tamiya kits.

Great job, I actually had that kit but mistakenly traded it away. I'm currently working on the PIOmodels Bergepanther that comes with Revell's Panther hull. Great kits, I have already built an Abrams and have their StuG 40 (StuG III Ausf G), a few of the Bradleys, the PzHbtz 2000, Tiger I, T-80, Marder 1A3, Leo 2A4 and Leo 2A5 all waiting on deck.

Quite nice! I specially liked the the rear... Can you tell how did you achieved that rust color on the exhaust tube?

Keep up the good work!

Sniper - not only does the model look great but it looks like you had great fun modeling it!

I think I'm missing something in the smaller scales...

Hi Sniper. Great modelling ------ Could be mistaken 1/35 scale easily as the detail and your paintwork are so good. I started out building 1/72 but hated the tracks as none of them ever seemed to fit. How are revellīs tracks ... or are they link and length nowadays? Im also very impressed by the exhaust colouring ........ most excellent sir!

Very impressive build on such a small scale :-) I really like the looks of the PzKpfw IV series tanks... I especially like the subtle camo paint job you were able to create - VERY nice.

The only thing that I might suggest is to "darken" the turret traverse motor muffler a shade. Not nearly to the wonderful rusty extent as the main muffler, but a smidge.

What unit are you gonna mark it up for? I'm always curious about that.. hehe

Great Job-

Excellent point! I'm glad you pointed that out as I was wondering about this.

Not sure as I want to use some of the Archer dry transfers. I do think the Revell decals are a bit too think.

Thanks for the remarks. I just want to get people to try out a 1/72 scale kit. The new ones make it possible for anyone with just a little 1/35 experience to get a great model.

The tracks on the newest Revell kits are link and length. After doing a few sets of these, I think I've got the hang of it. As opposed to the glueable links like in a DML kit, you don't have quite as much flexibility. It's not a simple thing to try and do track sag. But, for the scale, they are very detailed and the ones I am now putting on Revells new Merkava are the best I have seen yet.
