Hi Gang,
I plan some modern Swedish soldiers in white camo uniforms. I think that Wehrmacht wimter soldiers will do the trick. Wasn`t there a set of an 8,8 cm Flak crew in winter suits out?(Dragon?)

Since there are/have been quite some different sets, just google for:" dragon winter models" and search for the pictures!
This way you may find most, if not all, Dragon sets, enabling you to find the best fit.
