Hi Gang,
just saw a TV report on a project of many European Filmarchives for the start of the first World War. http://www.europeanfilmgateway.eu/node/33/efg1914/multilingual:1/showOnly:video
I am sure that one will find some inspiration for models and dioramas.

Thanks for the link H.H. ! I'm not really into WW1 stuff, but some footages are amazing.
Here's one featuring Schneider CA-1 (first French tank) and Saint-Chamond tanks :

Ugly little boxes....
Char Schneider would make a good APC, too.
@ Miniart and Masterbox: How about some tank crews?

First I had typed "bigger" in my post, but I checked out the dimensions for both :
The CA-1 is 6,32m long, 2,05m wide and 2,30m high
The A7V is 7.34m long, 3.1m wide and 3,3m high
..So the latter is not that bigger
