Howdy Kevin, how about we just say 'new' M48A3 without all the "non" speak? Now someone will just remember the 'B Mod' part and associate it with the model pictured. People whom frequent this site will know that it is not the previous release.

Miguel,
I concur... Dragon is bringing out a new M48A3 kit to add to their first release, the M48A3 Mod B. As noted on other Armor forums, this version can be built into a US Army or USMC M48A3 as well as a Israeli version.
What version is going to be next?
- An M48A1, using the M48A3 kit and add the molds/sprues from the M103A1 for the back deck & rear of the hull and new fenders.
- An M48A2/A2C, that uses the Mod B kit but adds need new fenders, tool storage, and engine deck grills? USed by the USA, West Germany, Israel
- An M48A5 that would use the Mod B kit and add a 105mm gun, an Urdan Cupola, PE mesh for the bustle rack, M60D MGs and mounts for the TC and Loader. This version would have world wide appeal as the M48A5 was widely exported to Europe, Middle East and Asia as well as used by the US Army And Army National Guard.
I guess that I am ready to work for DML's marketing department
