It's the old Des Kit resin kit that's been out for many years now.

my supplier offered it as a complete new item.................
And while google-ing I came to the site, where it is also under the header "/news"............

A re-issue, maybe?

Anyway, I like the small vehicle which offers a nice in-between as a captured vehicle in a spring 1940 dio with some Axis tanks.
