Hello!
I'm presenting my work on 1/35 Dragon Tiger I Late with Normandy scheme-that of Will Fey (number 134) from 1/. SS Schw.Pz.abt 102
Now the panzer is painted, but I will post the previous steps one by one
Voyager set 35179 is used, and also will replace the DS tracks with AFV Club ones.
Some figures will be added after all the painting and weathering

Hi, David!
What do you mean? I don't think that there should be such for this particular vehicle, it's not included in the kit either, nor shown in the variants in the instruction (although I don't rely much on it). The only picture I've found is of the front of the tank. But maybe I'm wrong

Aaah, yes, now I understand what you've mean, was thinking of something different
.
Well, the truth is that I've forgot that tube and will paint it separately. I hope it will not contrast with the rest of the camouflage so much.
By the way I thought that this is some kind of lever, thanks for clarification!

nice work on the Tiger I. Really like the 3-colour scheme. I am about to try my first on my StuG IV... not overl lookig forward to it but its the "new skill" i hav set myself for that build

Yes,it's very nice kit.
The only things that I don't like are the DS tracks and some work will be needed to remove the zimmerit under the exhausts and add such below them.

Hi, I use Agama metals mainly for chipping or to simulate worn to metal effect, like on the edge of the shovel, axe, hammer f.ex. They're polishing type of paints and are good also for brass shells, gold parts etc.

Actually Mig's 'AMMO' brand has a color for a terracotta colored bakelite in the new tools set. It's called something different on the site but the box shows it as bakelite.
I personally don't have any documentation but I just found out about it last night and think its odd that it's come up twice in twelve hours and it adds some credibility to it. I'm sure late war bakelite was a lot less labor intensive than milling a stick into a durable tool handle.

Well, that's interesting, is there any proof for bakelite handles? But maybe I will leave them wooden.
