News from AFV Club is there is a Wiesel on the way that will have quite a sting if it hits you.

So, just a re-release of a kit that has been around for awhile? What's different about it?
Re-releasing the one with the 20mm turret would have been nice as it has been unavailable for many years.

Word on the street is that it at least got the later style tracks. Nice if AFV themselves could provide some info regarding this...

Hi Scott,
the biggest difference is the new Diehl end-connector track and sprocket. Other modifications include the H&K swing mount for the MG 3 and a SATCOM antenna. I wonder if the external display for the Panther C² system is also included?

This version seems to include the MG3, which was not present in their earlier release.

Should be a very welcome kit for those who want to build the ISAF version!

I hope the new tracks aren't as tight as the old ones. When I built mine the tracks were so tight they broke both drive sprocket axles clean off the hull.
The new parts are definitely welcome. I'd love to see a re-release of the 20mm version as well.

Nice upgrade of an old kit. I wish they re-do the PE in brass as the original steel one was a pain to deal with.

New Diehl tracks would be great. Hopefully the mk20 is released with new Diehl tracks as well. It may have gotten a sight upgrade as well.
