I see the Tiger tanks and some other German tanks has some black and white marking on their barrels and some numbers too,what is that?is it the sign of number of tanks that they destroy? How to do that on a model?

That's the kill rings, some kits have decal for that. but if not, you can mask and spray, can't be too hard.

The stripes could also be painted by hand, if your a real steady hand. The numbers might be the vehicle number, not sure on those.

just mask off some rings around the barrel and AB or HP white around it.. not hard at all

More than likely what you've seen is the publicity photo's of Michael Wittman's Tiger. As far as I know that was the only one that had black and white rings with numbers painted on. As I said, these were for publicity purposes. Very few tanks would put kill rings around their tubes, this was generally something the 88mm artillery did..they started out as AA guns then started using them as antitank. In the few cases of tanks (not tank hunters) doing this, the rings were generally near the end of the barrel and white. Most of the pics I've seen with kill rings are the hunting (jagd-) vehicles
