Am I wrong, or are the pe tool clasps over scale in this kit?

Though I have never handled that particular kit, I know that Dragon's Axis' tool clasps are very poor. I purchased Griffon Model's early and late tool clasp pe. Once you get the hang of it, they seem to fall together.
