One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

The "Bar Armor", as corrected by Gino

, looks really nice! How much did you pay for it, by the way? I hope the HK stores get it soon.
I'll PM you my e-mail if you want to send me some pics and I'll post them for you.. or maybe one of the other members can do that for you.

Jason, the shipping cost from modellbau könig in Germany to canada is 30 €, i think that is quite a lot, but if you shopping for more than 200€ it's free
But the company is very good to buy from... ( but that is almost all german company)

I hope this kit is not 'minus' any parts what the original kit had just to include the bar armor.

...as I wrote: There are some
additional sprues in comparison to Broncos 1st Buffalo!
L-sprue in the 1st kit is now the W-sprue, as J-sprue changed to V; the parts are the same! Only the decals and the PE-parts were substituted ( "P" was enlarged).

I see in the instructions to assemble the search lights on the bar armor you have to scrape the nuts off the runner... have you guys found this method easy or difficult? I haven't tried one of those yet

I have done it on other kits. One trick I use is to mark the top with a permanent marker, so when I cut it off the sprue I can still tell which side goes up. With the really small ones and my eye site, I found it easy to glue them on wrong. Other than that, they aren't bad. I place the dab of glue with a pin. To pick up the part,I carefully lick an Xacto blade and use the spit to get the small nut to stick to the blade for placement. Gross but effective- I always seem to drop or fling the piece when I use tweezers.
