This is a totally new kit.
Highly unlikely that TAMIYA would buy old molds from DRAGON.

Totally new to include the suspension or is that a carry over from their earlier Pz. IV kits?

oops, I must of missed something there, after looking at the links you guys posted and on the original thread, it still reminds me of the original Dragon kit.
