The answer to your question is Yes.
I looked through the Book german Armoured Units at Arnhem september 1944.
There were Jagdpanzers around during Market Garden. They were used by the 9th SS panzerjager abteilung. There are no pictures around of those vehicles in action.
I have one picture where a soldier is standing next to the tank during the Market Garden Campaign and I have a color diagram.
The text with the Color Diagram says:
There are no pics of these SP`s in action, but it`s reported by the germans that they were there. The Camouflage scheme consisted of a dark yellow base with green and brown flecks. they had no tactical markings. Only the national crosses were painted on the sides, and of course the Jagdpanzers were covered in Zimmerit. Zimmerit was a paste-like, non metallic substance that was mixed with other materials and applied to the vehicles in a ribbed pattern. This served as protection against magnetic mines and "sticky Bombs. The ribs prevented the Sticky bombs from stocking, and magnetic mines were rendered in effective by the Zimmerit Coat
I hope this answers your question enough
