I have seen a few photos of a Buffalo equipped with a SPARK mine roller. Does anyone know of one in 1:35 or of one that can be modified to represent that found on the Buffalo?

First off, I'd have to actually find a photos of a Buffalo with SPARK to help you out, and in the years I've been photographing them, I've yet to find one.
Legend Productions makes several different SPARK kits, and they're not just reboxed for different vehicles. I'd say once you find a photo of the mine roller you want, it may take a combinations of their kits, or some serious scratch building, to arrive at your solution.
Here's one on a Cougar - not a SPARK, but very likely what the larger Buffalo might have had:
I don't know of a kit for this, but here's a nice shot of the mount:
Here's another likely candidate for the Buffalo:
The style of wheel mounts on this one is the same as that found on the HWWMV SPARK unit, as are the curved mudflaps.
However, I think that ultimately you'll want the mounting system found on the M923 or RG-31 variant.

Are you sure it was a Buffalo ? I guess a mine roller would get in the way of its mechanical manipulator arm... AFAIK the job of the Buffalo is to investigate when a possible IED is detected (by a Husky for instance), not detonate it like a mine roller would ...
