I'm building the following IFA truck

I will need some help finding a solution how to put the lettering onto the vehicle as my kit did not come with decals. If I had access to an inkjet printer, I could print some, but unfortunately it's not an option (I'm not buying a printer for this). Are there any dry-transfers or other decals that are suitable for this scale? They should be blue, but the font and exact size does not seem to matter -the police force seems to be using their lettering quite haphazardly.
