No idea but interested in as well if it fictional or real and if other modern German armour has been seen it.
On a side not the great work considering it 72 scale.

Looks like a what-if version of the PzH in US Army Universal Digital Pattern. Fortunatly this is purely fictional.

Actually given the size of the squares, it looks as if he was going for the US Dual Texture scheme used by 2 ACR in the late 70's.
Nice execution whatever the source of his inspiration.
