I'm looking to start Dragon's Pz.IV E Vorpanzer, soon. I can build either the early or late model. I need to know if there is an interior available for this kit. I prefer the full interior, but will settle with the fighting compartment and scratch build the engine bay.

It's your old thread. Ausf. E should be the same interior as the Ausf. D.

Thank you, Jesse.
Richard: I read that using the Verlinden interior requires quite a bit of work, and not just sanding/filling to fit.

I can't comment on the accuracy, but Tank Workshop has a complete interior as well as engine and fighting compartment sets.

I have experience with that particular interior. Given, it far outstrips Verlinden's offering and is more cost effective than CMK. However, I do not know if it is accurate for the early or late 'E'.

Being that the photo for the Tank Workshop interior is on a long barrel 75mm Panzer IV, I would go with "no".

Is there that much difference in the interiors of the E and later IVs?

Aber makes some PE for the turret interior I think it's 35A38 if you feel adventurous . Then they have 35A03 tool holders but I believe the kit PE covers that .

The ammo storage and bins were reconfigured in the hull, and then the turret needed some work as well to accommodate a bigger gun. The basic layout may not have changed at all, ie floor and turret basket, forward compartment etc, but there were differences in details.

Not sure but you might wanna look at this Matt.

I tried the CMK interior for my Stug III G. The kit was both Resin & PE. I was pleased with it, except for the radio's, I prefer the Dragon default radio's.
