I'd like to thank Parrot for giving me this set, mailed by Fed-Ex.
Now my question is this, the 1973 that's in the name, is this a typo? Does someone knows:
TIA
Marc/ubi and thank you Parrot for your great gift.

It is supposed to read 1943. I have the same kit with the same type. Of course, they could have been diehard holdouts like the Japanese soldiers across the Pacific who never gave up.

Thank you and you gave me a good LOL. I think I've read last week that the last of those Japanese die-hard died. He was in the Philippine I think when the war ended and he didn't want to give up.
Now russamotto, what would be a nice not expensive (read my profile) Panzer or other tank that they could be escorting in a dio?

The troops depicted here are from the 1SS PzKorp and at this time would have the PzII,PzIII and PzIV. So any one of those is cool to use. You can find the older Tamiya PzII and III for quite reasonable prices.

Thank you, this is a very helpful answer.
[EDIT]
Looked in evilbay, maybe once upon a time it was a good place to buy stuff, not it seems that everyone is trying to get millionaire and another thing: the Shipping went through the roof in a short time.
But
I have all the free time in the world, so there's no hurry.

Might be worth it to check out the sellers/buyers forum on this website. Couldn't hurt?

I have hit Hobbyeasy and Lucky Model for Tamiya kits. Generally great prices, and I think the pz. II was listed not long ago on a special sale price.
