Hello! I'm also building an Academy Tiger, the mid-production one with interior. I heard there were some 'minor' interior inaccuracies, such as the loader's seat which doesn't appear in the kit. Could anyone point out the inaccuracies, and help me out with solving them? Also, what's the best color for the interior? I heard that red was used in some areas such as the floor.

There are quite a few inaccuracies, not all of them minor. However, try here:

Going to town with a Tiger

and (the better article of the two):

Converting Academy’s Mid Tiger #1387 into a Mid or Late Tiger with an Accurate Interior

GIB - I agree with Linz. on this one.
Also this would be too, too long winded to explain
what needs to be done. I have Academys Tiger I ( not yet built though )
Early version without interior ( #1386 ). But like a few other modelers
I think Academy makes the best kit on the market, no matter which
of the 3 you may buy.
But since you sound so serious about this ( and I feel the same )
In addition to the links that Linz gave you here is one more by
one of the leading authorities on Tiger I & II's - ( Tom Jentz )
He mentions one of his books, and it will no doubt help you to build
an accurate Tiger I. He thoroughly explains everything he knows for
the purpose of helping modelers build a better Tiger.

i believe that eduard or aber has a PE set for the interior that will help immensely.
