Yeah too much natural light on the pictures. The one in the bench are taken using a macro lens with room light only.

The model itself looks very well done. If I may, though, a few suggestions with your photography. The top images look like you tried to set up a background and some lights, which is always a good idea, but the images are both a bit overexposed and the light is a bit too cool (while your second set is a touch too warm) for the subject. I'd also suggest composing your shots more on the level of the model (instead of top down)- always think of how your subject would look best in the frame instead of just holding the camera where you happen to stand.

Just some friendly advice, after all such quality work should be shown off as well as possible!

Thanks for the advice! Taking picture is not my area of expertise but I will try better pictures in the future.

--- and away from the color .... the resin Zimm looks great .
I'm experimenting with the different techniques to ZIMM - OUT , -- ha ha ,

I will say : I think the Tamiya 'stick-on' arnt that bad .......... and I say this as a "rivet counter "
-- the thickness is more than close

The model started with a mix of Tamiya Dark Yellow and Flat Flesh thinned and applied in layers, building up the color making a gradient using white.

Later after drying, I give it a filter using tamiya clear yellow, just 2-3 drops in 10 or so of thinner. That's the reason why you see so many variants in the color.
