Is there any coming aftermarket for the Trumpeter BTR-80? I looked around and couldn't find any PE or wheels. Usually Voyager or ET Model are all over the Trump releases. Am I missing something/

Thank John! No PE yet,I guess. Guess I can build one OOB and later. I love justifying multiple kits!

A metal barrel would be nice too.

Hi;
There are a few companies that make the wheels, the best is Miniarm. And RB makes the 14.5mm Barrel and is quite nice. ET made A PE set for the old DML kit and you can still find it on e-bay, so I should think that A set will follow for the Trumpeter kit soon. White Cat Hobbies is A good source for Miniarm Wheels, and they just had a Big Sale on there Miniarm stuff.
CHEERS; MIKE.

There are KPVT barrel sets, the easiest is to get is the RB Model one, Model Point is hard to find. There might be some newer releases I am not avare of. Although the RB is not perfect.
For the turret you may use parts of BTR-70/BRDM-2 update sets or maybe BTR-60 as these are basically the same - BPU-1 turret. Although some small changes were made. The resin barrell in my ET Models set for the BTR-60PB seems 100% identical to the RB one (at least for my eyes) - although a bit curved.
