Badger website ( http://www.badgerairbrush.com/Service-Supprt.asp ) has the instructions. Just an fyi, it took over a month for them to fix and return mine. They even sent me a bill/invoice. When I emailed them about the cost, which I thought was free except for the shipping back, I never got a reply back so I never paid them.

Cheers

Thanks Robbie . How much did they try to charge you? One of mine is a badger 150 , I've had it for years and love it . but Is it worth fixing ? I might be better buying a new one ?

If there is a Michaels Crafts store where you live, get one the 40% off coupons and perhaps just get a new brush. I just got an Anthem 155 for $73.00.

Michaels still sells airbrushes over your neck of the woods , here where I live they discontinued them for exactly the coupon , sales person told me they only would buy them with the coupon , so they disappeared from the shelves .

Might want to give them a call and see what they say. I think my bill (the one I never got an answer on) was somewhere around $14 - $8 I sent for shipping. Heck you might have quicker service then I did.

I had to have a 200 done a couple years ago. Seems to me it took about 4 or 5 weeks, too. There are a few things the guarantee won't cover, the main one being physical damage.

I can't remember what I paid (if anything) other than the initial shipping, but even the $14 that Robbie was charged beats the heck out of buying a new brush.
