I'm new to figures and I'm struggling to find civilian figures in any scale never mind 1/35-1/48. I can find plenty of armed forces but not civilian. I would prefer ww1 era but anything between the wars could be adapted.

Can anyone point me to a website please?

Miniart and Masterbox does several sets of civilian figures.
MK35 has also an extensive range of figures.
Preiser is doing some too.
All in 1/35. For 1/48 I don't know.
