Hello to everybody,
I am looking for more informations about ss panzer rgt 1 in normandie during goodwood and particulary near Soliers area during the counterattack against the 11 ar div, i am looking everywhere but is seems to be really diffcult to find panther picture of the lah during this operations
any help, thanks in advance

1./ SS PR 1 Panthers in Normandy were mostly ausf A, with tracks on the turret sides. The vehicle number was written in black on the side of the gun mantlet. These numbers ended in xx5 through xx9.

The "Panther with tracks segments hung on the turret sides", is from 1SS in Belgium, autumn 1944

Perfect, what i am trying to confirm is
on the picture on the panther A in Belgium with the track and kp number on the turret it seems that it have a green spot camo as the panther g in paris have, so it seems to confirm that in normandie, panther A and G have both a spotted camo green and brown with turret number andtrack for the A late (meaby a camo done at mailly le camp?)
I also discover that the G of the LAH have two differents exhaust pipe model base (the A late type and the g type)
