Dragon's Black Knight kit series each had 2 tanker figures at attention I do believe. Not much help I'm afraid as you'd have to get all the kits. You could contact Dragon and see if they would sell you the figs alone.

The old Tamiya kit with the mounted soldier had a guy standing at attention with him.

You can try the link below. It's an older Verlinden release of Rommel and a DAK officer saluting, titled "Reporting Afrika Korps." Hope this helps. Check Jaguar kits, too. They made very unusual and eclectic figures.

Try PREISER and ICM. Preiser have a lot of marching troops in 1/35 and troops at ease/ attention in smaller scales too. ICM staff car has a soldier at attention opening the door for a German officer.....hope this helps.

Apart from kitbashing, or Frankensteining figures, I can't think of a single plastic manufacturer who makes figs at attention. You might have to buy a lot of Dragon figure sets.

Either Dragon or Masterbox produce a set called "Acthung Jabo". It includes two tankers standing at attention.

@ Matt: the only guy in the Dragon set which could be modified as "attention" is just shielding his eyes... and in the MAsterbox "Stuka im Anflug" is no simmilar pose included
maybe this two guys are an option: (although Iīve got no clue if itīs really 1:35)

You could try the guy in this set in the infantry uniform, and slightly modify his pose. Maybe give him a new upper torso with buttoned up collar for a more formal look. But then you would have to buy a whole bunch of this figure set.
