So I'm working on a 1/35 Challenger 2 (Trumpeter KFOR kit) and according to the instructions it's supposed to be around the time they were deployed as a part of KFOR.

Now the kit gives me several options: With or without a dozer blade and with or without add-on armor. I really like the look of it with the dozer blade and the add-on armor on the sides and my question is, how period correct would this be? Also, if I put the extra armor on the sides, should I put the exhaust covers (I'm assuming that's what they are) on?

Hi. This would be correct as I believe it was the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards who were there with Challenger 2 . One of there vehicles was fitted with the blade and the extra armour so there is no issue with you building this as a KFOR vehicle.
