Hi people!
Here is my Meng's D9R with Voyager's slat armor.
I used Vallejo's IDF primer as base color and mostly Vallejo paints, varnishes and pigments.

Nice work! Which slat armor is that- ET or voyager? how was it to work with?

It is Voyager's. It isn't far to easy. The biggest problem is get the correct alignment.
I made chanels in a plastic plate with the distances indicated at instructions and put the plates in that. Then I started to cut the thin tubes in the correct size and introduced each one in the plates, using super glue.
I do not know if my english was enought to make myself understandable.
Jason, it is a great set. If you didn't understand, please ask again. Then I will call my son because he is english teatcher.

Hi guys!
I'm back here because I made a base to the Beast...
As I'm working at an AM machines parts company, I used the wood that we use to make boxes, made two stencils and simply painted the logos:
Them, I fixed the beast to the base using two wires. The final result is here:
