Hi guys

I'm looking for a British airborne jeep. The pictures I've seen appear that this vehicle is not a standard Willys jeep. If anyone can point me towards some reference it would be a big help

Thanks

Ola Wolfsix

A couple of months ago I was working on the Airborne Jeep (never finished it though have to look to that one again) and I photographed all the progress. I used the Tamyia Jeep as base and actually the only thing you need to do is cut things off. small additions are made.

Here are the two links of the progress of the scratchbuilt Airborne Jeep
Scratchbuilt Airborne Jeep # 1
Scratchbuilt Airborne Jeep # 2

All my information came from a site that I can`t find at the moment. I will look around for that URL and post them if I have found it. or maybe somebody is quicker then me and then you have them faster

Hi guys

I knew I could count on you guys. Those are three great posts I thank you much! :-)
Bennie I thank you for the offer but no need this is a case where a picture is worth a thousand words. I plan on picking up Tamiya's willy after the first of the year and will start the work shortly after. Thanks again for the help!!

For everyone on both sides of the pond have a Happy Holidays and a joyous New Year may it find all of us healthy and safe.
