I just got one of these and am pleased with it except for the cap for the cup. Its cheap plastic with a poor fit. I'd like to replace it with something better but I've drawn blanks wherever I've looked. Does anyone have any ideas?

Maybe you could check evil bay sometimes they have the metal caps NOS advertised , I have to agree with you the plastic caps suck and sometimes a pain to remove , but this is their way to save money .

Cary, the metal cap for the Krome fits:
http://www.amazon.com/Badger-Air-Brush-Company-RK-0473-Airbrush/dp/B00858VJM2
Others may sell it cheaper but this is what I found quickly.
I don't use a cap so if you wish PM me your address and I'll send you mine.

Thanks guys for the quick response. And also to you James for the offer of sending me your cap and for doing the leg work for me. I purchased the one from Amazon and hopefully it'll save me a lot of clean up time, and paint!
