I couldn't find the info on the sculptor. It looks like a work of a famos Russian sculptor, but I couldn't confirm that yet.

Mario, it is indeed a great figure I have another set by SabIngaMartin and the quality is the same, to bad none of his sets provide weapons.
I'd also like to add that the head detail is amazing, you should take into consideration that these pictures were taken with extreme zoom and you can barely see all that face detail in person.
