Two comments :

1/ AFAIK the statement that T-34 spider wheels are the same as T-54 spider wheels is incorrect.

2/ How do they compare to the Dragon roadwheels? Are they just copies or improved copies or true originals? I could get a Dragon wheel out of my stash and check but I'm not home for a few days.

I just checked, the Dragon wheels look similar from afar but looking close they are different, the hubs are different too. Overall looks like a nice set from Panzerart significantly better than the plastic wheels, which were rather good in the first place.
