Yes they are, at least a similar set is, not all the items are replicated in the 1/35 scale set.

Hi Bill,
Like most PM kits, some excellent casting but low on quantity of items. Don't know why they didn't include the folded jacket, mess tins and gas mask haversacks that can be seen in the 1/48 scale kit.
