Great work Jacob
Did you do a build log on this one? Which kit is it? The soft tone camo looks really great. What color is the green? Great work on the figures as Well.

Erik: No build log, sorry! It's the new Dragon kit, can't remmeber the ID number. I think Cyber Hobby did a command version, too, but that's probably even more expensive. The green color is Tamiyas Nato green toned down with Buff. Hope this helps.

Thanks Jacob, just curious since I did the DML 'Johan Hüber' some years ago. Do you use lacquer thinner when airbrushing tamiya acrylics? Your camo scheme seems to have required a lot of control in the airbrushing process, something I personally find harder to obtain with water-based acrylics.

Erik: I use ordinary Methyle alcohol (Husholdningssprit!)It works fine, but it tends to dry up very fast. Tamiyas own thinner stays "wet" a little longer. As for airbrush controle, just practice on an older model, and only apply a small ammount of paint at the time, in that way you can build up the camoflage pattern in thin layers, insted of one thick layer.
Best regards
Jacob

I used it the first couple of times, but can't really remmember any difference, but much glue and enamels has gone through the system since, so maybe you have to try it yourself
