For bending PE in a circle shape I use any round object that is close to the same size as bend that I want. I use the handle of my axacto knife alot, but its best to have several different sizes of dowls to bend with. Just form your PE around the dowl and your set to go.

Gary has hit the nail on the head by using a handle of a knife, dowel, paintbrush handle, well you get the idea. The only thing I can add is try to use something that is a little smaller due to the fact the PE once rolled will snap back a little. HTH

I've never bent PE to a circle, but I have bent lead foil into cirlces. I found that if you take a round ball point pin barrell, and just roll it back and forth, it forms a circle. May or may not work on PE. Try it on a piece of scrap first.

Forming around a dowel works for me, but rolling on it first -like using a rolling pin- gets it started with an even curve and reduces some of the spring back effect.
