Hello ,
i'll help you with the photos
Now , i think the figures are good , they are nicely painted. Maybe it is better to place a tree and more vegetation on the diorama to create an new dimension and also giving depth to the scene .
Anyway , it looks good !

The scene is nice and all looks good. The long tufts of grass look out of place though and don't "fool the eye". They are too evenly spaced from one another, too uniform in height and look exactly like bunches of something stuck in the ground?
That needs improvement but the rest is going nicely.

Fully agree with Jerry and tao..
long grass does not look like that!! Check it out on the real thing (or photos of). My first thought was splashes from bullet impacts!!
Kurt might have a point as well! A tree or at least a bush would add to the 3rd dimension. A fold in the terrain could maybe help.
I am also missing the number one on the MG!! It could not be the guy with the SMG, and the other bloke with the binoculars does not qualify either.
There are strict regulations about wearing helmets in various situations and duties.
Finally the camo looks a tad dark and does not display typical patterns (splinter f.ex.).
Apart from the above, there is something about this little scene I like very much!! Maybe it is the consistency in the colour palette..!?
I see talent!! Well done...but get rid of that grass!
Cheers

I agree the grass looks too evenly placed, some more clumps close together would help. Also try once it starts to set a little, push the grass down in the center with tweezers, your finger, whatever. That will spread the blades out and look more realistic than perfectly straight up.
