I have finally gotten some basic functionality so that you can grant the awards/ribbons to those who have compeleted the campaign. Once a campaign is finished you will see a link that leads to a page where all the participants are listed. This link ONLY appears after the conclusion date of the campaign has been reached.

Also if you have an image for the award you will need to get that to Gunnie or myself so that it can be associated to your campaign (otherwise you have no award to give to your enlistees).
