well..at least I didnt make the bad list
but I will say..its sad to see that noone mentions the little guys..even some of Armoramas members ,who are local shop & online vendors...the big guys get mentioned over and over..and all the while people b%^$ and moan because the shops are closing up ...the smell of hypocrisy is strong in this hobby
I agree as a small hobby shop on this site. I posted my link on this topic and had it deleted. Why? I guess if you are not a 4 figure sponsor, then you are nothing. Thanks Armor am a for supporting the little guys.

Keith,
Somehow, I thought this forum was created with web-order companies in mind. I stand corrected and submit a small (very helpful) retailer that I am familiar with: Hobby Hut. They've been around for a very long time -- a family owned shop -- the kind we all remember visiting when we were kids.

Me, drooling on the floor!!!

Thanks ,
Yeah -- as long as they can reliably ship their goodies to us we're game for sure
Personally , I definitely prefer to support local or smaller operations -- the big boys don't need much help LOL .
Everything near me -- the few -- seem to be biased to the R/C market

Since most of my favs have already been listed -- Sprue Bros. (never a problem with them, problems have invariably been due to USPS and UPS issues); Scale Hobbyist et al. I'd like to add The Sparetime Shop in Marlborough, MA to the list. Their prices might be a bit higher than the big boys, but seeing as they've been in business for 41 years now Paul has forgotten more about hobbies than some of us are ever capable of learning and his manager Andrew is really knowledgeable about the industry as well. They pack a very decent selection of most genres into a small store, if they don't have it and it's available they'll get it for you, and they will also mail/ship to people.

Michigan Toy Soldier
http://www.michtoy.com/Best shop/online store I've worked with. Shipping is crazy fast. They give great discounts to continued shoppers. And they are the only place to find a lot of the European products that other shops don't carry. And they will work with you on any issues you have.
