I decided to attempt a sand type terrain. Of course it is not finished, but i could use a few pointers, if anyone would be so kind.
Sandbags are from Milliput and plumber's putty. Since this is my first dio, i wanted to try both. I would recommend the miliput over the plumber's putty.
The title of this shall be , quite simply , "JABOS!!" It will consist of 3 figures. They will be wearing SS camo. One man running to the gun, another with a range finder, and the last messing with ammo.
As you can see by the two peices of men there, i am doing some heavy converting.
The tan figure is an Academy guy, from panzer troops and equipment. The fit was horrible, so i decided to add putty and change his tunic. He will be bringing a range finder up towards his head.
The other fig is an Italeri i believe. Stormtroops. I built him many years ago, before i startered to really get serious about the hobby. So i am converting him also.
Can't wait to finish this.
