Question about US Fuel Drums and Pump

Hello
I have a MMk resin product "US Army Fuel Drums and pump". I want to use it on a M1078 LSAC (with add on parts from Voyager) truck.
My question is can I add a GPK or O-GPK turret to this vehicle with fuel unit or not ?
