Hi Gang,
got on Saturday my Meng M2A3 Bradley. Since Plan to build an EAS vehicle, the main question is:"Where to get the Diehl type of tracks?" (Not sure what`s the T-1?? designation) Since the Bradley is in the same class as the Marder IFV, a Marder track is the closest solution. I found AFV Club Marder track in my stash and started the evaluation. First results look promising, one only has to widen the Bradley sprockets. I post some pics later that day.
Cheers

You can also use AS-90 tracks, or ROK K9 tracks.

The Marder track's guide horns are placed between the track links rather than centered between the inside rubber pads, so I did not go with them.
I did not care for the AS-90 tracks either - I think the pitch was off.
I like the K9 track pictured below. I have a set for my Bradley, one for my Paladin PIM, and one in reserve. You do have to widen the sprocket, but as you'll see in the subsequent photos, it fits perfectly.

Here it is on the model:

It definitely works for me.

You have to buy the whole kit from Academy. They're pretty cheap in Korea.

Rob,

the Meng kit Sprocket works with these tracks (modified of course) or are you using the K9 drive sprocket?

Shops have a hard time selling the kit in Europe, therefore you can find it on sale at good prices sometimes, or on eBay. I got my kit (limited special edition) from a Korean vendor on eBay some years ago.

Cheers,

Hi Christophe,
I decided to stick on a more simple solution. I have a couple of RoG Marder tracks here, I turn an extension for the sprocket and put the "rubber" tracks on.

Hallo Robert,
danke für das Angebot, aber ich habe schon eine überzählige Marderkette von Revell verwandt. Trotzdem sollte man das Thema neue Bradley Kette mal einigen Firmen vorschlagen.
