In the Battle for the Hürtgen Forest the US Army had to deal with the Schwere Panzerjäger Abteilung 519 and the Sturmgeschutzbrigade 341.
Question : which Dragon 1/35 kits are OK for a Jagdpanther and a StuG III G of Schw Pz Jg Abt 519 and StuG Brig 341 ?

Are these OK ?

And as for figures of the Hürtgen Forest in 1944 : were there lots of American soldiers wearing raincoats ? Like this one : http://www.alpineminiatures.com/imagepages/16022.html

Hi Killian,

The Schwere Panzerjäger-Abteilung 519, named ''Panther'' from 15 Sep 1944, partecipated to the Hürtgen Forest battle (from Nov.44), attached to the 116th Pz. Div.

At that time, the unit was equipped for sure with sd.kfz.164 Hornisse/Nashorn and few StugIII ausf.G

The StugIII ausf.G, newly allotment supplied to the unit in two different batches (Aug.44 and Dec.44) were late production.

So, the Dragon kit for StugIII should be OK.
