Has anyone used this? Is it Tamiya's spray can primer in a bottle?

Right, and I actually like it better than Mr Surfacer, but it has the same uses, like adding a bit of texture...

It's a toss up between Mr Surfacer and the Tamiya surface primer . I like the Mr Hobby Surfacer's they just feel better and they spray a lot smoother . And the Mr Hobby is a tad bit cheaper . It's the smell that a lot of people don't like .
