i'm currently building hobbyboss' merkava MK.IIID LIC, i wanted to display the rear door open, so i wanted to scratch built the rear compartment (first time scratchbuilding, not sure how it will end like), but i cant find any clear references, wikipedia mentioned it was able to carry 6 troops (excluding the crew), and some other sources vary around 2-6, some even said that with only 2 person it's cramped up, and i cant find a clear picture (not even diagram) of it, can anybody help me?

I think you just can see a narrow passage with the ammo stowed at both sides. The conflicting accounts of infantry that can be transported depends IIRC of the ammo being total or partially removed.

thanks cesar! now i get it, on the picture of merkava with the rear door opened, i can see a white shade, is that the wall/ammo storage?
